Web Design Logics offers monthly maintenance packages starting at $30/month. Many of our clients already have a successful website but need a reilable company to help maintain and update certain features. Whether its making regular changes to images or making changes page content, Web Design Logics would be glad to serve.

Here are a few frequently asked questions about our maintenance service:

How long does it take to get my changes made after I submit a maintenance request?

If you purchase a maintenance contract, we typically complete the requested maintenance within three business days; although most of the time we can get to it within 24 hours (on weekdays).

Can I purchase a maintenance contract if Web Design Logics did not design my site?

We maintain several sites that we did not design. Please call us for a free site review so that we can determine if we can maintain your site. We can maintain most sites with no problem.

What is usually covered under a maintenance contract?

Maintenance contracts cover routine changes such as adding a newsletter, changing contact info, adding employees, adding photos to a photo gallery and most text updates. Note: If we think your changes will take longer than average, we can discuss a flat rate for services that include additional items, even a site re-design.

Is my Web site “down” while you work on it?

No, your Web site will not go down while we conduct routine maintenance work on it.
